Christenings
If you have recently become a parent we would love to celebrate with you. Whether you would prefer a Christening (Christian baptism) or a Blessing for your child, our minister can help you decide which ceremony is best for you. Blessings and Christenings are normally held on Sundays as part of our morning worship.
There is no charge for Christenings or Blessings.

Weddings

We understand if you are seeking a new beginning after a previous marriage has ended.
Cost: £230 for your ceremony in the church building, Registrar and official marriage certificate.
You would be welcome to hold your reception in our church hall (at modest additional cost).

Funerals
It is an honour and privilege to conduct a service that marks the end of a person’s life. Our minister will develop a personal service with you according to your needs and wishes. Our core aims for all funeral services are:
If you need to arrange a funeral, you should firstly contact a Funeral Director. They will advise you, and would contact our Minister at your request.
You are welcome to have a service in our church. Alternatively, our Minister can be available to conduct a service at a crematorium or cemetery, and then also for interment of ashes in our church graveyard. New burial plots in our church grave-yard are no longer available to the general public.
Costs
Funeral service in church: £150
Interment of ashes: £80
Placing a memorial stone: £60 - £100
Re-open a grave: £150
